Mini Fruit Pie
- Use a biscuit cutter to create mini pie crusts (circles)
- Press the dough into muffin tins
- Fill with pie filling.
- Top with Lattice, Full, crumble or no crust
- Pinch the edges to seal the crust
- Bake at 375°F for 12-17 min, or until the filling is bubbly
***Cover with tin foil if they get too brown. Let cool and serve.***
