Cue the music: "There's a place for us" and that place is halfway around the world in a place called Mauritania, located on the NW Coast of Africa.

In the USA and many other western countries..."thin is in"...  Yes ladies the smaller you are the better your chance of being thought of as beautiful.  Put the shoe on the other foot.  How many times have the big girls heard.  "If she would just lose some weight, she could be pretty."  Well in Mauritania "thin is definitely, not in".  Yes my friends bigger is better, in fact the bigger the better.

Now I must point out that for years they have been unhealthily force feeding young girls to fatten then up.  Some more progressive women have even take drugs to fatten them up.  Why you might ask...or maybe you've already guessed...yep to get a guy.

A plus size girls dream...Your thick ankles, plump arms and big butt are all considered the most beautiful body parts and as for stretch marks, they love 'em.    If you are divorced all the better, in fact the more times you have been divorced the more sexy you are considered.   At this point you might be wondering what your new beau might look like!  Well reports have it that to attract a big girl he's got to keep himself thin and in shape.

At the end of the day no matter where you live.  Love yourself because no-one will love you until you do.  Any way beauty really is in the eye of the beholder...
